2. Prepare molds, generally metal molds, including aluminum molds, copper molds, steel molds, etc. Different mold patterns are designed according to different products.

3. Vacuum machine: the liquid raw materials after mixing will have bubbles, and the bubbles must be vacuumed out so that the product will not have defects.

4. Dispensing machine: pour liquid raw materials of different colors into the dispenser barrel, it will automatically fill the mold with various patterns and texts, this machine needs to be programmed to complete.

5. Baking mold table or tunnel oven: its function is to dry the liquid material in the mold, let it solidify and shape, so as to get a perfect PVC product.

6. Mold closing machine: this machine is specially used to make 3D stereoscopic dolls, it is to close the two halves together, through hot pressing molding, cold pressing shaping, so as to get a perfect PVC product.

With a very good set of machines, no matter how complicated the process is, it is also very simple to operate. Many large factories have many sets of machines that can mass-produce various PVC products.
